Terms & Conditions of booking
A deposit is required to confirm the booking:- Apartments 1 - 7 the deposit
is £50, for apartments 8, 9 and the bungalow the deposit is £75.
Payment can be made over the phone by debit/credit* card or by sending a cheque.
Please make cheques payable to San Remo Apartments. If payment is by cheque,
this should be received within 7 days of your original telephone booking. The
remaining balance is due on arrival for flats 1 - 7, but for apartments 8,9
and the bungalow the final balance is due no later than 21 days prior to the
start of your holiday. (Please note cheques are not accepted for balances paid
on arrival).
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Should for any reason you
need to cancel your booking, we require 21 days notice, failure to give sufficient
notice or no notice will result in the final balance
being charged. If booking a holiday within 21 days of arrival date, then the
full amount is payable upon booking. We recommend you take out holiday insurance.
*For payments by credit card a charge of 2% is payable.
Flats are available
from 2.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of
departure.
Guests undertake to be responsible for all damages
or breakages during their stay.
Cars and their contents are left entirely at owners own risk. This includes
any loss or damage to belongins or property however caused.
Visitors to guests
flats are strictly not permitted.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome
by prior arrangement with the management.
Our
aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Should there be any
